Igor Scardua

Igor Scardua is the Founder and Broker of Record at Scardua Realty and Hand Keys Realty in the State of Florida, the latter with his business partner and also Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Loan Officer, Victor Barroso Jr. Igor is also the Founder and Licensed Community Association Manager of Wise House Property Management and the Managing Director of All Seasons Vacation Rental, the latter being one of the pioneers in professional short-term rental in Homestead and nearby areas, Igor has been proving a successful career within the Real Estate industry in South Florida. His short-term rental company All Seasons Vacation Rental manages vacation homes throughout South Florida, Colorado, Dominican Republic, Brazil, and Mexico.

Igor has been working with Real Estate developments, long and short-term rental properties in Brazil since 2010. In the U.S., he began his career in 2017. Igor obtained a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license in that same year, and, due to a successful trajectory as a Sales Associate, he established his own Real Estate Brokerage Firm as soon as he was able to obtain his Real Estate Broker license in 2019.

As the Broker of Record from Scardua Realty, Igor and his Real Estate Sales Associates specialize in multiple Real Estate segments, including but not limited to, sale of new construction residential homes, resale of residential properties such as townhomes, single-family homes, condo, and villas, income-producing properties, and others. Scardua Realty agents operate mainly in the counties of Miami-Dade, Monroe and Broward. His other Property Management company, Wise House Property Management, specializes in Homeowners Association (HOA) management services, new homes buyers’ walkthroughs, and home warranty claims management services to Real Estate Developers and Directors from HOA Boards.

Academically, Igor has a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations (Sigma Iota Rho) and Political Science with honors from Florida International University and is working on obtaining a Master’s Degree in Program Management from DeVry University and a Master of Science in International Real Estate at FIU.

He holds several Professional Certificates in IT and Hospitality and has provided services in management positions to large corporations such as Microsoft and the General Consulate of Brazil in Miami.
