Igor Scardua

Igor Scardua is a Certified Vacation Rental Manager (CVRM) through the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA), the Founder and Broker of Record of Scardua Realty in the State of Florida, and the Managing Director of All Seasons Vacation Rental. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida (License No. BK 3391505), a Licensed Community Association Manager (CAM License No. CAM53821), and a licensed Real Estate professional in Brazil (CRECI-ES 13980).

With over a decade of experience in real estate development, investment properties, and long- and short-term rental operations, Igor has built a diversified and international career across the United States and Brazil.

Through All Seasons Vacation Rental, Igor oversees property management operations in Brazil and throughout Florida, with a strong geographic focus on South and Central Florida — from the Florida Keys to Ocala — particularly in Osceola County (Kissimmee), Miami-Dade County, Broward County, and Monroe County. The firm is headquartered in Kissimmee, Florida.

His areas of expertise include short-term rental management, revenue optimization, asset positioning, investor advisory services, operational systems implementation, and performance-driven portfolio management.

Igor began working with real estate development and rental properties in Brazil in 2010. In the United States, he launched his real estate career in 2017 after obtaining his Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license. Following a successful trajectory, he earned his Florida Real Estate Broker license in 2019 and established his own brokerage firm.

As Broker of Record at Scardua Realty, Igor and his team specialize in residential real estate transactions, including new construction homes, resale properties such as single-family residences, townhomes, condominiums, villas, and income-producing investment properties. The firm operates primarily throughout South and Central Florida, with emphasis on Osceola (Kissimmee), Miami-Dade, Broward, and Monroe counties.

Academically, Igor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations (Sigma Iota Rho Honor Society) and Political Science with honors from Florida International University. He previously pursued graduate studies in Program Management and is currently obtaining a Master of Science in International Real Estate at Florida International University.

He also holds multiple professional certifications in Information Technology — primarily from Microsoft — and Hospitality Management, and has served in management roles for major institutions including Microsoft and the General Consulate of Brazil in Miami.
